Rayne graduated with honors from the College of Public Health at the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and earned her dual master's in Health Administration and Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Rayne has been navigating patient relationships for over 5 years, and she is passionate about coordinating interdisciplinary care for patients with a variety of medical needs at BYC.

Rayne has transitioned into the role of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and collaborates closely with the CEO/Director and Director of ABA to coordinate BYC's ABA Program and implement skill acquisition and behavior intervention strategies as outlined by the BCBAs. Rayne has experience working in clinic and schools in one-on-one and group settings.
